Organizational Values
What are organizational values?
At HOPE, values are the principles and standards that guide how we show up to work every single day. The way we interact with our scholars, families, staff and community are all impacted by the decisions and actions we make. Our values will build the framework for how we must interact with each other in building a culture of learning here at HOPE.
